The rise of post-truth discourse coincides with the growth of general dissatisfaction and fear triggered by various and rapid natural and social changes, shaken security and broken trust. It seems as if facts have ceased to be important and that truth is no longer a reason for believing or disbelieving in something.<\/p><p>Truth and falsehood, facts and fantasies, narratives and reality, meanings and explanations, individual and social, subjective and intersubjective, inner and outer world, individual unconscious, social and collective unconscious are at the basis of group-analytic events from encounter to encounter. Pharmak\u00f3s is both the instrument of change, the remedy, and at the same time the entity destroyed or poisoned by that change. Pharmak\u00f3s has the power to transform. Negative mirroring is a characteristic of Pharmak\u00f3s and could be seen as one of the sources of difficulties the world is embroiled in. In this sense, Pharmak\u00f3s reflects the current social crisis. How can the symbolic meaning of Pharmak\u00f3s be elevated into a creative spark, from a negative mirror into a messenger of positive change?<\/p><p>Pharmak\u00f3s stands at the boundary between margin and centre, between exclusion and integration. Group participation can be both harmful and beneficial. Relationships can nourish and\/or injure. Words can constrain and\/or enhance understanding. Binary distinctions between, among other polarities, good and evil, positive and negative, constructive and destructive, collapse under the paradox-embracing grasp of Pharmak\u00f3s.<\/p><p>Delegates are invited to explore the idea that the group can shift from being a passive observer to becoming an active site of tradition, creativity, and innovation. The same forces that isolate or stigmatize the group can become the very ground for transformation and renewal, personally, socially, and culturally.<\/p><p>The Symposium offers us an opportunity to consider the contradictions, paradoxes and inherent duality in many aspects of our lives in general, and of our Group Analytic endeavors in particular. How can these dualities be negotiated? De Mare). Storgruppe har over 30 medlemmer og tilbyder en unik struktur i hvilken den enkeltes indre verden kan relatere sig til den kulturelle kontekst.<\/p><p><strong>Form\u00e5l<\/strong><br \/>Medlemmerne i storgruppen f\u00e5r mulighed for at tage del i, opleve og unders\u00f8ge grupperelaterede processer., som de udspiller i store grupper og samfundet. Det prim\u00e6re form\u00e5l med deltagelse i en storgruppe er ikke personlige \u00e6ndringsprocesser, men oplevelse og erfaring med interaktion.<\/p><p><strong>Form<\/strong><br \/>IGA Aarhus storgruppe har eksisteret i over 30 \u00e5r. Den\u00a0 har i gennemsnittet haft 50-60 medlemmer, herunder instituttets f\u00e6rdiguddannelse medlemmer, kursister, l\u00e6rere og medlemer af bestyrelsen. Storgruppen m\u00f8des 7 gange \u00e5rligt i 75 minutter (3 gange i efter\u00e5rs- og 4 gange i for\u00e5rssemester). I storgruppen sidder man i en cirkel\/ellipse.<\/p><p><strong>Metode<\/strong><br \/>Der kan tales om alle emner og temaer, som medlemmerne af gruppen \u00f8nsker. I storgruppen tilstr\u00e6bes en frit flydende diskussion. Gennem denne arbejdes der med at overvinde destruktive kr\u00e6fter, erhverve forst\u00e5else og skabe muligheden for at indg\u00e5 i dialog og diskurs.<\/p><p><strong>Storgruppeleder<\/strong><br \/>Kristian Valbak, speciall\u00e6ge i psykiatri, PhD, gruppeanalytiker<\/p><p>Storgruppeleder skiftes som regel hver tredje \u00e5r. Storgruppeleders opgave er at hj\u00e6lpe gruppen med at f\u00f8re en dialog og forst\u00e5 dens egne processer uden at forstyrre disse.
